​Mr. Paras Harshadbhai Bagadia (DIN 09699701) is presently designated as Managing Director of the Elec Steel Processing Industries Limited and member of Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is part of Elec Group since 1999 and is one of the Board Member of the Company since its incorporation.

Mr. Paras holds a Master’s Diploma in Software Development, a Diploma in Export-Import Management, and has completed professional programs in Marketing and Finance. His diverse educational background, combined with a strategic and hands-on management approach, has enabled Elec Group to achieve consistent growth and build lasting partnerships with clients and suppliers and played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a leading industry player

He oversees core business functions, including sales, marketing, production, procurement, and quality management. Under his spearheaded, the company has expanded from a single production facility to five state-of-the-art manufacturing units, driven by a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Mr. Paras has led numerous initiatives that have significantly improved product quality, enhanced production efficiency, and broadened the company’s product portfolio.

Harshad Narbherambhai Bagadia

(DIN 01535197), Whole Time Director of the Company

Mr. Harshad Narbherambhai Bagadia (DIN 01535197) is Whole Time Director of the Elec Steel Processing Industries Limited and member of Audit Committee as well as Corporate Social Responsibilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is the Founder of the Company who has planted the seed of Elec Group in the year 1994. He by academic qualifications is a graduate in Bachelor of Science from the University of Bombay.

Mr. Harshad is associated with the Transformer Laminations industry since 1971 and founded the Elec Steel Processing Industries in 1994 as a Registered Partnership Firm and converted this into Private Limited Company in the year 2022. He has been its guiding force ever since. As Propritor/Partner/Director, he oversees essential corporate functions, including Risk Management & Internal Audit, Accounts, Finance, Import-Export, Human Resources, and Administration.

His leadership extends to fostering a people-centric workplace through effective HR management and administrative excellence. His deep understanding of global trade and import-export operations has streamlined international business processes, ensuring seamless cross-border transactions and long-term partnerships.

With over five decades of industry experience, Mr. Harshad has built a strong financial and operational foundation for the company. His expertise in financial planning, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management has ensured long-term stability and sustainable business growth.

Mr. Dhyanesh Bagadia

(DIN 10802889), Non-Executive Director of the Company

Mr. Dhyanesh is graduate from Sardar Patel University in Bachelor of Science and Master of Computer Applications from Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum. He possesses extensive experience in the Information Technology sector, having successfully led various technological projects for both domestic and international organizations. The Company firmly believes that his leadership will drive the Elec Group to the forefront of technological innovation

Mr. Dinesh Lalbhai Nanavati

(DIN 10856131), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company

Mr. Nanavati is a graduate from Gujarat University with a Bachelor of Commerce and a qualified Chartered Accountant, holding fellow membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Registered Member of Independent Director’s databank, governed and managed by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under the Hon’ble Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

He is a partner of M/s Nanavati Mehta & Associates, Chartered Accountants Firm and Proprietor of D L Nanavati & Co., Chartered Accountant based in Vadodara. He is having over five decades of professional exposure in finance and accountancy, specializing in corporate finance and strategic planning. Mr. Nanavati possesses a sound understanding of financial management and project planning, and his great guidance has been instrumental in driving significant financial growth for Elec Group. He provides a fruitful path to financial prosperity.

Ms. Komal Vishal Thakkar

(DIN 06765690), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company

Ms. Komal is a post graduate in Commerce and an eminent Chartered Accountant, holding fellow membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Further, she is Registered with Independent Director’s databank, governed and managed by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under the Hon’ble Ministry of Corporate Affairs and having lifetime validity.

She is partner of Vadodara based chartered accountant firm named M/s KVT & Associates, Chartered Accountants and has around 15 years of rich experience as a qualified chartered accountant. Her association with the ELEC Group will surely enhance the competency to deal with the regulatory and governance requirements.
