Elec Steel Processing Industries Limited is a trusted name in manufacturing transformer components like laminations, toroidal cores, assembled cores, and slit coils using CRGO and CRNGO electrical steel. We cater to both domestic and international markets, offering customised solutions that enhance transformer efficiency by reducing energy losses through low hysteresis and eddy currents.

Established in 1994 as a partnership firm, the company has evolved over the years and now operates as a public limited company. Our manufacturing facility in Por, Vadodara (Gujarat) is equipped with in-house slitting, cutting, annealing, assembling, and quality testing capabilities, supporting production up to the 400 kV class with an installed capacity of 19,650 MT.

Our operations follow a B2B model, serving transformer and power equipment manufacturers. We process raw materials according to client specifications and ensure that every stage design, testing, and production meets technical, functional, and regulatory standards for reliable performance.

Led by promoters Harshad Narbherambhai Bagadia and Parasbhai Harshadbhai Bagadia, the company benefits from over five decades of industry experience. Their vision, deep technical knowledge, and leadership have played a key role in strengthening our production capabilities, quality focus, and long-term growth in the electrical steel segment.
