Mr. Harshad is associated with the Transformer Laminations industry since 1971 and founded the Elec Steel Processing Industries in 1994 as a Registered Partnership Firm and converted this into Private Limited Company in the year 2022. He has been its guiding force ever since. As Propritor/Partner/Director, he oversees essential corporate functions, including Risk Management & Internal Audit, Accounts, Finance, Import-Export, Human Resources, and Administration.

His leadership extends to fostering a people-centric workplace through effective HR management and administrative excellence. His deep understanding of global trade and import-export operations has streamlined international business processes, ensuring seamless cross-border transactions and long-term partnerships.

With over five decades of industry experience, Mr. Harshad has built a strong financial and operational foundation for the company. His expertise in financial planning, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management has ensured long-term stability and sustainable business growth.

Mr. Paras Harshadbhai Bagadia (DIN 09699701) is presently designated as Managing Director and Designated Compliance Officer of the Elec Steel Processing Industries Limited and member of Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is part of Elec Group since 1999 and is one of the Board Member of the Company since its incorporation.

Mr. Paras holds a Master’s Diploma in Software Development, a Diploma in Export-Import Management, and has completed professional programs in Marketing and Finance. His diverse educational background, combined with a strategic and hands-on management approach, has enabled Elec Group to achieve consistent growth and build lasting partnerships with clients and suppliers and played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a leading industry player

He oversees core business functions, including sales, marketing, production, procurement, and quality management. Under his spearheaded, the company has expanded from a single production facility to five state-of-the-art manufacturing units, driven by a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Mr. Paras has led numerous initiatives that have significantly improved product quality, enhanced production efficiency, and broadened the company’s product portfolio.
